Tiger Team Roofing's management is highly experienced and qualified. Its key management team includes Mr. Gary Chester and Mr. Mike Wasco. Mr. Chester is the president of Tiger Team Roofing, Inc. He has the responsibilities of overall management. Mr. Wasco has the responsibilities of General Manager. Tiger Team Roofing is committed to ensuring that the products and procedures used on its customers' jobs are safe and approved by OSHA.

Alex Castello

Responsibilities:

Alex Castello

Inbound Customer Service

Alex is often one of the first people homeowners speak with when they call Tiger Team Roofing. As part of the Inbound Customer Service team, he helps answer questions, schedule appointments, and make sure customers feel taken care of from the start. Before joining Tiger Team, he spent five years as an Escalations Manager with Colonial Van Lines, where he learned how to stay calm, solve problems, and help customers through stressful situations. Born and raised in Pembroke Pines, Alex is fluent in both English and Spanish and proud to call Broward County home. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, playing video games, and getting back into reading.

Alex Christodoulou

Responsibilities:

Alex Christodoulou

Project Manager

Alex helps homeowners navigate their roofing project and works to make what can be a stressful process feel a little more manageable. He brings nearly a decade of local roofing experience to the role, including about eight years with another South Florida roofing company before joining Tiger Team. Born and raised in South Florida, Alex enjoys the team-first culture at Tiger Team. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Robert Korcok

Responsibilities:

Robert Korcok

Operations, Fleet Coordination, and Accounting

Robert helps keep a lot of the behind-the-scenes pieces moving at Tiger Team Roofing, working across operations, fleet coordination, and accounting. Before joining Tiger Team, he built experience in the home services industry through roles in recruiting, operations, warehouse management, and fleet management. Robert also served in the United States Marine Corps, primarily overseas, and holds a degree in culinary arts. His family moved to Florida in 1977, and he returned after his military service to raise his own family here. Outside of work, Robert enjoys cooking, playing ice hockey, and spending time with his family.

Raymond Clarke

Project Manager

Ray uses his construction and roofing experience to help homeowners understand what is happening on their project and what to expect along the way. He has been with Tiger Team for 16 years and enjoys being able to share that experience with the people he works with. Originally from Jamaica, Ray moved to South Florida in 2002. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family, and listening to music.

Robert Akerson

Responsibilities:

Robert Akerson

Metal Department Supervisor

Robert helps lead Tiger Team’s metal department, working closely with customers and team members while continuing to build his knowledge of the trade. He has been with the company for eight years and takes pride in working hard, helping others, and always being open to learning something new. Born and raised in South Florida, Robert stays involved in his community through youth football and also enjoys DJing at local events.

Joey Beaulieu

Responsibilities:

Joey Beaulieu

Sales Support Manager

Joey helps support Tiger Team’s sales process and keeps things moving behind the scenes for both the team and its customers. He brings 15 years of roofing industry management experience to the role and previously managed another local roofing company. Born and raised in Broward and Palm Beach counties, Joey especially values the chemistry at Tiger Team and the way everyone works toward the same goal. Outside of work, he enjoys softball, fishing, and trading stocks.

Christine Tamsberg

Responsibilities:

Christine Tamsberg

Preproduction and Permitting

Christine helps get Tiger Team projects ready to move forward, working behind the scenes with customers, local municipalities, and the permitting process. She has been part of the team for 11 years and especially enjoys the people she gets to work with along the way. Born and raised in South Florida, Christine enjoys reading, spending time by the ocean, watching her kids play sports, and getting creative with craft projects.

Klint Peacock

Project Manager

Klint works directly with homeowners to help make the roofing process easier to understand and easier to navigate from start to finish. He has been with Tiger Team for more than six years and previously worked in sales and project management for a custom interior door company, giving him experience with both customers and construction projects. A lifelong Floridian who has called South Florida home since 2008, Klint enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, and playing golf.

Joanne Leighton

Responsibilities:

Joanne Leighton

Controller

Joanne helps keep the financial side of Tiger Team organized and running smoothly as the company’s Controller. She has been part of the team since early 2012 and previously served as the controller for an international nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City. Originally from outside Philadelphia, Joanne moved to Florida in the early 1980s and has called it home ever since. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with her family.

Abraham Davis

Abraham Davis

Service Manager

Abraham helps keep Tiger Team’s repair work moving, coordinating jobs, communicating with homeowners, and making sure crews have what they need to get the work done efficiently. He has been with Tiger Team for six years and brings hands-on roofing experience to his role, including time as a licensed roofer. Abraham also holds a CDL. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his wife, and working on his old truck.

Sandra Perez

Sandra Perez

Receptionist

Sandra helps set the tone for the customer experience at Tiger Team, welcoming homeowners, answering questions, and helping make sure people feel taken care of from the start. She has been with the team for four years and enjoys the sense of community she has found here. Before joining Tiger Team, Sandra worked as a cemetery clerk. Born and raised in South Florida, she enjoys exploring new places, staying active, and spending time with her loved ones.

Gary Chester

President

Gary oversees all of Tiger Team Roofing’s company operations. With over fifteen years of experience in the south Florida roofing industry, he has the knowledge and expertise to execute all phases and types of roofing jobs. Gary attended the University of Central Florida and has been a South Florida resident for over 25 years with his wife, Jennifer, and step daughter Brianna.

Gigi Calderon

Operations and Production Manager

Gigi helps oversee the people, products, and processes that keep Tiger Team projects moving from planning through completion. She has been with the company for 16 years and brings 25 years of roofing experience to her role, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer service. Originally from New Jersey, Gigi moved to South Florida in 1993. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, reading, traveling, and cheering on the Miami Hurricanes and New York Giants.

Brian Botting

Estimator and Project Manager

Brian helps homeowners understand what their roof needs and guides projects from the initial assessment through completion. With 35 years of construction experience, including 16 years focused specifically on roofing, he brings a deep understanding of both the work itself and the importance of keeping customers informed along the way. Born and raised in Coral Springs, Brian believes in straightforward, transparent communication so homeowners always know what to expect.
