Next there was Gigi and her office staff meticulously riding shotgun over the processing of everything, from contracts to permits, material ordering/delivery, installation crew scheduling, and inspections, so seamlessly that it bespoke the experience it must have taken to make it look so easy. And I could go on and on about the tear-down and the roofing tile installation crews, whose teams ran like well-oiled machines in which each crew member efficiently executed their given assignments. Whereas other roofing companies use sub-contractors for various aspects of those processes, Tiger Team only uses their own employees to ensure control of the final product. They’d successfully given me an extra year with this old roof, but after their thorough reinspection, we learned that not only were adjacent areas needing repair, but entire sections were rotted, including around our chimney! After meeting with 5 roofing contractors my choice was clear and simple as they exceeded my expectations. The price was very competitive and the contract terms were fair. My initial impression is that the company is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, competent, and up to date on the current roofing procedures. I genuinely believe they are customer service focused which is somewhat rare in the south Florida construction industry. My sales consultant was Brian. He is a great asset to the company. He really knows his stuff, is very personable, and answered the million questions that I had. He was very thorough in communicating the process to avoid any future surprises. He has the persona that was able to calm my anxiety associated with the daunting task of choosing a roofing contractor. So far, I'm a raving fan.
